Delaware Army National Guard

The Delaware Army National Guard Facilities Management Office continues to contract with C.G. Celio & Sons Co. on an annual basis to provide GIS and general database application support to their facilities office. C.G. Celio & Sons Co. developed and maintains an MS Access based application to assist with reporting funds expended on DEARNG facilities. 

Our company completed a full state inventory of the DEARNG facilities and provided an SDSFIE compliant geodatabase. Annually DEARNG requires C.G. Celio & Sons Co. to update the geodatabase with the latest CAD drawings for new construction projects. The GIS is again reconciled to the real property and appropriate documentation provided.

Our staff also provided hardware and software support for this project. Guidance was provided to the FMO and DOIM offices on the purchase or requisition of necessary ESRI GIS software, servlet applications, and supporting hardware for an in-house web based GIS solution. ArcGIS Server and supporting software was installed on DEARNG servers by either DOIM staff with consultant assistance or by our staff with DOIM oversight. A simple needs assessment was conducted to determine the usability of existing web based GIS applications from other states. Requirements for new interfaces or functionality were documented sufficiently to determine cost estimates for implementation.
